The ease in locating the movie options & times and in making reservations. The seating and concession are great. I contacted customer care for the 1st time. Although the error was my fault, I was treated with professionalism and the resolution was way beyond my expectations. Thank you Santikos!!

The theater was very clean, the staff was very nice, and the movie options were varied and excellent!
The seats were very clean and comfortable, the concession lines moved quickly, the popcorn tasted fresh and the restrooms were very clean!

Lots to love about Santikos. I wish the app would allow you to change the movie time with one click so that you can see how the seat availability changes between showtimes. Even better if you can change the day as well.

Having to back out of the process to select a different day/time and then having to re-select your types of tickets (general admin, child, senior, etc.) is just downright annoying.

The experience was great but there was lacking it was lacking in butter options, in my area close by theater 6 there is only one dispenser available. The self-serve popcorn option is nice but the dispensers weren’t working so it was an inconvenience. Also there are no changing tables in the main restrooms.

We love Santikos! The seats are nice and comfy, the food isn’t outrageously priced and I love that I can use my points to go towards the concession stand which helps with price and we love the atmosphere! The popcorn and drink stations are ingenious!!!
