Theatre is always clean. Most of the time the employees are very kind, although the young man that helped me at the concession stand yesterday did not seem as if he wanted to work. When I stepped up to the counter to order, he just stared at me, didn't say hello...how can help you.....may I take your order please.....SOMETHING!

Embassy location is my favorite location. The only thing that bothers me a little is the new popcorn machine. As I purchased my tub fresh hot popcorn was popping away and I asked the cashier if I could please have some of that as did another customer and we were told no. Other than that I love Santikos.

1. 3 things that could be improved upon is the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Definitely needs improvement.
2. Moving or adding a lid dispenser next to the Icee machine. This would help to move the line for waiting for a lid while waiting for someone else to fill their soda faster and less annoying.
3. Having a tickets purchased button on the app. This would stop people from having to open up emails, if it is in the junk folder find it and tap on it. Just make a tab on the app where once the tickets are purchased they pop up right up on the screen. Having said this, I started playing with the app more and found the selection tab but I would like to see it out of the drop down and make it more accessible and train the staff that scans it better. I always purchase tickets through the app and it is not showing the last 4 or 5 movies we went to. I am sure this is probably a coding error or a glitch but I would focus on developing the app for a more user friendly experience and take down some of the coming attractions or make them in their own tab instead of the main screen. I am sure you are promoting the MET and there are some independent films that need some promotion but put them in the scrawl and an ad at the top or bottom of the screen. (those are just a bit of my opinions.)
