We won’t see a movie anywhere else. Staff all excellent at the Embassy. And give last night’s (2/12/23) bartender a raise!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I was greeted by a warm and helpful doorman. He scanned my ticket, asked politely to view my bag and carefully directed me to my theater.
Then, my favorite concessions server was ready to sell me popcorn.
I really wish I remembered their names.
Embassy is always clean, well stocked, and excellently staffed.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

There were three workers at the ticket counter so I didn’t have to wait to buy my tickets. However, there was only one person working concessions running back and forth who was very friendly but I had a longer wait there. I think the schedulers should revisit to make sure different areas are not over/under-staffed.

Embassy 14 shows Bijou Collection films as well as other art films--films I want to see at a theater! The theater is easily accessible for me and very pleasant.

The seats are comfy. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Mostly, I love that Santiago’s is a nonprofit organization that supports good causes❤️

I enjoy being able to pick my seats. Love that they recline and I enjoy using my rewards program.

The bar is a plus since I sometimes treat myself to a glass of wine before watching my movie.

I love this Theater! The chairs are comfy! Staff friendly and courteous. I do not go to any other theater! That's how much I like going to this one. Bathrooms are clean! It does not smell. Except for the yummy food being cooked or popcorn!
