Embassy is a beautiful theater but stop being cheap and fix your ticketing system. It makes no sense that I always get so much trouble when I present my tickets that I purchased via Atom.

Everyone there is always friendly and professional
I love the fact that if I ask somebody about anything if they don't know they find someone that does...
They don't just tell me " I don't know... or. I'm New -you can ask someone else . "

They find the person that has the answer and bring them to me..
The employee that knows could be someone that worked there for a while or even a manager or even anyone that will share the information I'm asking for.

Always very clean from the entrance and concession area and the bathrooms... Always!!

I only go to Santikos..

Pre-picking seats and fully reclining seats at The Embassy are great. Full bar is awesome though it would be good if food menu was expanded and slightly healthier and if food was delivered to movie seats again!

The self serve pop corn, stadium seating, large soda selection clean restrooms. Miss the cheese popcorn though.

I haven’t been to a movie since the pandemic. Almost 2 years! I was so happy to be there. The staff was amazing and a joy to interact with, and the changes to the theater with the popcorn dispenser was such a great surprise! The best!

I enjoy movies at Santikos Theaters, mainly Embassy and Palladium. Purchasing my tickets for tomorrow's showing of "Westside Story" was done easily when I stopped by the theater on Thursday.

The lady checking tickets processed my free birthday ticket from my online printout. I wouldn't have known how to do that myself at the self-service ticket kiosk outside.
