I enjoy the Embassy because it is not a "mega" theater. They offer a variety of movies and always new releases. I appreciate the early show discounted prices. It is always clean and the employees are friendly. I appreciate that you employ handicapped people.
One negative actually just happened at the Embassy - I purchased 3 tickets yesterday for this evening's 7:30 showing of Gone Girl. I first asked if I could renew my Reel Rewards card at the theater and was told that I could. The young man then completed the ticket transaction. Then we moved on to signing me up for the Rewards. When I asked if my purchase could be applied I was told that it could not since I purchased the tickets first. It does seem that the transactions should have been handled in a different order so that I could benefit from the $30.00 purchase. Small issue - definitely won't keep me from returning! I always get popcorn at the movies so I really appreciate the Rewards program!
Great experience and location.
The Embassy 14 is very clean and appealing to the guest. The staff are very friendly and accomodating to guest needs. Always enjoy our movie watching experience. Attend the movies 1-2 times a week.
The courtesy of all the staff working the snack counter, being greeted at the entrance and the farewell acknowledgements. Leaves me with the feeling of appreciating my business and would like me to return.

Its close to home. Free refills on large popcorn, saves when you have a large family like me. The cheaper times, I forgot what you call that time, before 6pm. Most of the crew know us and always greet us with a smile. And the restrooms are always clean.
SANTIKOS Has always been my favorite theater! Embassy and Palladium are the place to be
