What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Only game in town. But with some problems. Your new app, to me is a failure. No instructions about favorites, cost for online tickets and it has yet to capture a single purchase...Your rewards use to be simple and uncomplicated. Now your cashier's as well as manager/customer service have no clue and cannot answer simple questions. I would say your losing money and confusing your customers. Generally love the selections at the Bijou; however, the air quality within the theaters is terrible. Smell of mold and other detris literally gives me a headache.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Love the decor, space, elegance, friendly and helpful employees, friendly Santikos Embassy executive who introduced himself to us in the lobby. Food (we had pizza)and soft drinks were very good. Theater seats are very comfortable. Loved the very large screen, and upstairs movie theater and the whole upstairs areas were quiet. Can't think of anything negative about our movie experience.

the nice lady at the ticket booth she is always very nice and informative about what kind of credits I have with my santikos card, I like the fact that she always takes the time to let me know if I have a free popcorn or such etc...

What I love about this theater, it's never pack, the lines to the food area is always fast. Which I love because I don't miss out on any movie parts. I get to serve my own drinks. No waiting. Very clean and the employees are very sweet and professional. I would recommend this place to everyone.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I LOVE Santikos Embassy. I appreciate the 4-6:00 rates which gives me extra money for popcorn and drinks for my family. It is my favorite theater!!
