Rebecca the bartender always has exceptional service! Isis the manager is great always smiling and Manny the GM always makes me feel welcomed! Love love the theatre experience and the staff!

Everything EXCEPT the volume of the previews. My ears were ringing by the time the feature film began. I thought you were going to stop that. Several in the audience were grumbling about this.

I like the smaller theater and everyone is friendly.
I do not like the new rewards that were implemented last month. I feel as if the customer who goes to the movie a lot does not get as many rewards.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Santikos employees are courteous and friendly. The theater and bathrooms are always clean. And they offer the loyalty rewards plan. Although I prefer to get the free snacks and movie tickers instead of the $5 reward, they have earned my business because of the great staff and theatre cleanliness.
