I like everything, the rewards program, the free refills on drinks and popcorn, clean theaters, food and beverages brought to your seat/tables depending on whether I'm at Bijou or Embassy.

The overall experience - nice meeting area, seating in good condition, clean (except crickets but that is recent) and great people there to make my experience enjoyable.

The theaters are clean and welcoming.
My one disappointment is the change in rewards card. The fact that the points didn't transfer was highly unethical and not supportive of your loyal customers. To find out you lose all your points and have to start over left many of my friends mad and frustrated. The people that were effected the most were the ones with a significant number of points. The higher the points, the more loyal the customer, so it ended up hurting the most loyal ones the most. Bad call on that one.

like always, prices and friendliness throughout all the staff. the only disappointment was all our points were deleted when we were issued new card and we had alot of points.
