I find that Embassy has the best customer service. The Employees are friendly and have smiles on their face and I feel like if they enjoy being there, then I definitely know I'm going to enjoy myself.

My Santikos Theatre is my favorite place to settle down for a movie. I love the beverage bar and being able to drench my delicious popcorn with butter!
Everyone is always friendly and helpful.

The theaters are always very clean and there is no liquid waste on the floor it is mopped up regularly .
Also that you use special needs attendants on occasion.

All cashiers/greeters were all very pleasant & very interested in making certain all of our needs were met. Enjoyed the visit. Have always frequented Embassy as we have a special needs child and this theater allows us to finally come to the movies. We hope Embassy continues to support Eva's Hero's.
