I like Embassy Theatres; I've been going there for over 20 years. I like the the Santikos Palladium theater the most...(I think their design, actual theater, sound system, and seating are very good.

We always choose Embassy for the bargain prices and free refills :). However, I was a little disappointed that all our reward points got wiped out converting to the new card. And we still don't understand how to activate it.

Santikos is my favorite of all the theaters! Always clean facilities and sound system is great - but most of all the popcorn is second to none!

People are always friendly starting from the ticket booth to the snack bar to the guys that clean. Always ready to greet you and smile.

As always, Santikos is a much more customer friendly environment. Even with the increased cost of movies and food, your theaters are still more reasonable than the local competition for first run movies.

We go to the Embassy almost every Friday night to enjoy the new releases at the low price of $6.00. We got in this habit when it was $5.00, but we have continued, because it's the best price in town.

quick friendly service. I was however dismayed to find out that I lost all my points on my previous Santikos card, and that having the new card activated they would not be carried over. I think I should at the very least be awarded/comped passes. Marketing should rethink that method.
