What did you like about your Santikos experience?

For years Embassy has been my theater of choice. It is convenient to my house, parking is easy and close (as compared to Palladium), and usually not so crowded that I have trouble finding seats.
At the same time, I would like to let you know that I am not excited about the new rewards program. To me it is essentially a price increase to loyal Santikos customers. I used to really look forward to the progressive rewards after certain spending levels. Now, the reward is not nearly as appealing.
Also, the smallest popcorn size is huge. I attend a lot of movies by myself and that is about 3 times as much popcorn as I would like. Other chains offer smaller sizes.I understand you want more concession revenue, but that shouldn't mean you offer fewer choices to your customers.

It is convenient to my resident . Santikos Embassy seems to always be clean . The staff is always friendly and curious . Selection of movies are current .

One thing that is brothering is a lots of the seating is broken .

I being going to the Santikos Embasy for the past 6 years, I love that is small, with a Starbucks and wonderful service, everybody is very kind and professional and I feel very comfortable attending. I love my Santikos Embassy!

I love the remodel job done on the theatre. However, need stadium riser seating. Most comfortable seats, cloth not pleather that rock back for comfort. Don't change the seats.

The theaters are always nice and clean and spacious, I like that you sell beer, and I like having a customer loyalty card, so we only ever go to Santikos theaters.
