Everthing ! Theater rooms ,always clean ,big screens , comfortable seats, sound, and delicius popcorn ,variety of snacks & food and drinks . Waiting area , clean & confortable atmosphere, clean restrooms too . Prices of tickets are fair and the time of shows .

I take my daughter to Eva's Heroes night twice a month & I appreciate the helpful staff & new reserved seating. Keep up the great job!

Very clean theaters and I like that you can refill your drinks! I also like that the Santikos organization gives to so many local charities! I wish more for profit companies would do this! Makese proud to be a native San Antonian!

I like the cleanliness of Embassy 14, and that while there may be full houses, it doesn't have the obnoxious teenage crowd like other theaters.

I really enjoy the new Loyalty program that you have to offer! It is way better than the one at Regal. I have already enjoyed using it towards concession snacks. Also, I like going to Santikos Theaters because of the combos that you offer and the drink and popcorn refills. It is a great value. I also, really like the Pretzels. Yes, I said the Pretzels! They taste fresh and warm. Just so you know, the ones at Regal are from a plastic bag and they taste nasty! So thank you for great pretzels! I also, really appreciate the new Reserved seating. This is the best idea that I enjoy. It helps me not have to worry and rush. I can still buy my tickets early and enjoy a meal before coming without having to rush or wait in line. It eliminates the guess work in where to sit. And now we have our favorite spots! Thank you for that. I can see the improvements and they are making a difference.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We enjoy the Embassy Theater because it is smaller and doesn't cater to the teenage audience. Though our boys (teenagers) attend regularly, we all like the atmosphere better than a theater like Northwoods. We love the matinee price and the Rewards program.
