Good price and a very nice theater.
There is one thing we do not like - the recent change of having to pick a seat. This slows down the ticket buying process ten fold and once you get to your seat if the person in front of you is 6'6" tall you can't see the middle of the movie screen. You can't move around for fear of sitting in someone else's seat. This happened to me on Saturday luckily the seat next to us was not taken and I could move over to the unused seat.

Have been going to Embassy for years. Love the renovation. Lately though, it's been very dirty in the halls and bathroom. Also the theaters have been hot

I like that you are close by and we like making our own drinks and buttering our own popcorn. We DO NOT like picking out our seats!!!!!
We love the Embassy theater but please please please change the kid's popcorn to a bag instead of the box. The popcorn spills everywhere - not worth the money and very messy for your staff. It's the only thing we don't like about the theater. Thank you.

90 percent of the time I go to Santicos theater on Bitters. Sense the remodeling I really like the theater.
I also like the new program of reserving a seat. My only complaint my last show was the popcorn was too salty. I suggest you pop it and let the patron add butter, or salt, or popcorn seasoning .

Its the friendliness of your employees is what sets your theaters apart from all the others. I have never had an unpleasant moment at the Embassy. The theater is always clean and everybody is so courteous. And now with the added items at the concessions it's an even more pleasant experience!

I had lost my Santikos card and went up to the courtesy counter after I watched my movie and the employee there was very efficient about getting me a replacement card.

Very nice theater. I feel safe taking family or dates their . I dont like the seating arrangement process. I usually meet my movie friends at the theater and first one to get there gets the seats. So I either pay for their seat or risk change we wont sit together if they are running late.
