Easy to get in and good theaters
I was looking for a way to communicate directly with someone in PR at Santikos Corp. But, settled on this portal. Three things that make all the difference for me and confirm my perceived value in my membership. 1) I LOVE seeing how my favorite children are growing up, maturing, developing their own unique expressions about theater protocol. They are the single greatest asset of the company and are the absolute best conveyance of appropriate behavior for everyone to follow. Thank you for sharing them! 2) It's just my opinion, but it seems that Hollywood filmmakers have not been much help to Santikos in producing quality film for several months (unfortunately, this includes the recent release of Star Wars). There are exceptions, of course, but the majority of them do not meet the same standards of quality such as "Cloud Atlas". But, the trailer I just watched for "Hail Caesar" seemed to be good. Thank you for adding that marketing tool! 3) There are certain staff members (including one female manager at the Embassy) that continue to impress me every single time I come in to enjoy a moment of escaping my reality. Thank you, again, for having them onsite. I wish there was some way to improve their "situation", so to speak. Thanks for taking the time to read all of this...I hope it was helpful.

I enjoy the concessions and the whole movie experience at santikos. The one thing I First name removed't like is picking your seats.
The theatre has been upgraded and is a much nicer venue . It is cleaner with more options foe food and beverage. The seats are spacious and comfortable.

Found out that my Santikos card was outdated. that the points we had accumulated last year were not accessible. We were going to use the points for my Birthday. Person I was talking to was quite sympathetic. after we finished getting out new card. She gave me 2 rain check tickets, as a birthday gift. I would recommend Santikos theater (Embassy Row) to my friends

Theater is extremely clean and well kept. Confessions cashier gave me a better suggestion for what asked for.

I liked Guest Services to ask my questions , hated reserved seating in an empty theater but enjoyed that it was easy to get a ticket with small line.
It's more friendly, the prices are better and the refill options add value.

You have a nice theater and I like getting my own drink. You keep it clean and updated. The facility is nice, which makes it a fun night out. The Bjou needs to be renovated or at least have new carpet installed but Embassy smells fresh and is competitive with Northwoods and Huebner Oaks.
