The staff is always very friendly and when I ordered the chicken quesadillas with a special request the made it happen! Which I appreciated greatly!! So thank you all for a wonderful experience.

Reserved seating is a definite plus. I enjoy having better food options than the typical movie theatre snacks.
I recommend having a separate area for picking up orders- my only complaint was having to get in line a second time

The Embassy is my favorite theatre. I like that you serve coffee, not all theaters do that. I also like that it does not feel as crowded as other theaters.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like the comfortable chairs in the theatre. I broke my foot earlier this year and I went to buy tickets and it was so uncomfortable standing in line. I would really like to see a line for handicap only, really for people like me on crutches or wheelchairs. That would prove to me that Santikos truly cares for all their patrons.

I was also so happy to see Mr. Santikos give to all those worthy charities. He truly was a wonderful man!

It ran smoothly, everyone was friendly, lines were minimal. It was opening night of Star Wars yet it was calm and organized as if it were any day. The restrooms remained cleaned despite the heavy volume.

The Embassy staff is always very welcoming and does a great job! We live closer to other theaters but we go a little further to Embassy because of their excellent service.
