Everything. This was my first visit. I liked the movie choices, the food choices, being able to pick my seat at the box office. I know it's silly but I loved being able to control the amount of ice to soda ratio. I will most certainly return. As a matter of fact, I have plans to come back on Sunday!!!
Nice theater. I book the wrong seats, accidentally, and was quickly helped to correct my error. Very pleased with customer service.
This last visit was great and I didn't have to chose a seat at the ticket window, so the ticket buying went quickly.

Bijou, Embassy and Palladium. We have always been very happy with the service and

Comfortable seats
I showed up to watch a Rated R movie with my child who is under 7, not knowing it wasn't allowed. It was not until after we bought our concessions and sat down that the attendant politely informed me of my misstep and directed me to guest services. John Michael Guerra, the Lead, very politley informed me of the regulations and was informative with alternatives. My wife left with my kid, while I stayed with the other one(older) to watch the movie(Deadpool). When the movie ended, I apporached the Manager, Roy Salinas. He, too, was very accommodating and friendly. Although it could have easily been a negative experience, the staff made sure that it was as pleasant as it could be. I appreciate their assistance.
We always enjoy going to Santikos. I appreciate that I can buy and reserve my seats at home or on my phone. I know that I don't have to rush to the theater. I also like that the concession staff is fast and friendly. I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes.
