Customer service was great.
Found out that my Santikos card was outdated. that the points we had accumulated last year were not accessible. We were going to use the points for my Birthday. Person I was talking to was quite sympathetic. after we finished getting out new card. She gave me 2 rain check tickets, as a birthday gift. I would recommend Santikos theater (Embassy Row) to my friends

I liked Guest Services to ask my questions , hated reserved seating in an empty theater but enjoyed that it was easy to get a ticket with small line.

Ive been going to Embassy 14 for the past 14 years, very rarely do I go to another theatre. But, starting from the ticket agent to the concession to watching movie. They were polite, informative, helpful. Inside the theatre I was greeted with the same welcoming manner and at concession I was quickly attended to and was offered better options to save money, in which love the upgrades, and of course the comfortable seating, love the reclining chairs makes it easy to enjoy the movie. Thank you

You should re-configure your named beer mugs to fit in the drink holders - with no place to set them they get balanced, fall to the floor and shatter.
Clean, friendly, bathrooms impeccable, popcorn always fresh, location is great.
The extravaganza discounted rates at The Embassy location between 4 & 6 PM. Theaters are nice, too.

The theatre has been upgraded and is a much nicer venue . It is cleaner with more options foe food and beverage. The seats are spacious and comfortable.
