What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like the comfortable chairs in the theatre. I broke my foot earlier this year and I went to buy tickets and it was so uncomfortable standing in line. I would really like to see a line for handicap only, really for people like me on crutches or wheelchairs. That would prove to me that Santikos truly cares for all their patrons.

I was also so happy to see Mr. Santikos give to all those worthy charities. He truly was a wonderful man!

It ran smoothly, everyone was friendly, lines were minimal. It was opening night of Star Wars yet it was calm and organized as if it were any day. The restrooms remained cleaned despite the heavy volume.

The Embassy staff is always very welcoming and does a great job! We live closer to other theaters but we go a little further to Embassy because of their excellent service.

Comfy seats however could use stadium riser seating. And make sure to clean apolstry every once and while for smells.

Seats are very roomy and comfortable. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Movies start reasonably promptly

The Embassy theater is conveniently located close to our neighborhood so we find ourselves there almost weekly. We are thankful for your afternoon happy hour prices, concessions and best of all we have found the staff to be pleasant, happy to be there and helpful.

First, you allow me to come in with my family without signs on the doors turning me away because I wish to protect them. Second, when there is an issue, as there was with ticketing on our last visit, your staff is friendly and quick to resolve. Third, being able to refill the kid's Icee ourselves and not having to wait in line is great!
