What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I liked that the theater wasn't too crowded and my 6 friends and I could sit together. We meet for movies occasionally and it is inconvenient for us to pick reserved seats. I understand that is the way of the future, but some of us pay cash and can not purchase tickets online w/cash. I have encountered several restaurants that don't deal in cash and have trouble making change. The movie was good, so it was an enjoyable experience.

Great selection of movies. But I do have two gripes- 1. Don't like picking assigned seats unless expected to be crowded. I need leg room and your chart doesn't show well where the bar is . Have knee issues and sitting to long without ability to straighten hard. And 2. Bijou theater needs updating. It has a mildew smell.

Aside from the Sensory Friendly movie being provided and thank you for implementing this.

Our experience with the staff is usually very helpful.

Great to be among friends and enjoy watching a movie.

Just need more choices to choose from for some of us on a gluten-free, dairy free, soy and corn free diet.

Thank goodness you provide alternative fluid intake. :)

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Wven when a very whiney and rise lazy kept going on about a situation she could have remedied the manager type kept his cool and was professional long after I would have been beyond rude.Keep up the great attitude!
