I would like to compliment you on your professional staff at the Embassy Santikos. Your staff was polite, professional and my visit was enjoyable. I drove from Canyon Lake, which is quite a distance to see a film. I watched the 3D version of Star Wars at 8:05 p.m. Your facility was immaculate and clean. Your staff extremely polite and courteous.
I don't know anyone who works there so this is not a spoof email. I simply like to compliment good service when good service is given. I normally go to the drive in (Stars and Stripes) in New Braunfels because it is closer and I normally take my family with me.
I do go to your Bistro theater because they show foreign films there. However, I just wanted to see the Star Wars in 3D and Embassy was the theater I chose. Your staff should be commended. Good job.

the workers are very helpful and the snack bar was clean but the drinks area was a mess as for restrooms they were clean but needed paper in stalls and sink area had water and soap all over the sink counter . thank you for asking for my feedback . lisa garcia

The entire theatre was clean.I enjoy it when it not only smells clean but the floors aren't sticky and filthy.
My family loves the bottomless popcorn and self serve sodas. The assigned seating I'm really coming to like as well. It came in so handy for the opening night of Star Wars, when I pre-purchased tickets on Fandango. This is our family's favorite theater - even though we live closer to the quarry, we typically choose Santikos over the Regal in the quarry. Only negative is I don't care for the viideo with the kids talking about not using phones or texting. It's so blatantly diverse with minority races and girls speaking. It just bothers me, was cute the first time, but I could do without it. Would rather see a funny video.
