What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I had lost my Santikos card. First the cashier tried to help,but I was cutting it close to the movie's start time and didn't want to wait. She then proactively gave me the option of seeing customer service after the movie. The gentleman in customer service was friendly, efficient, and solved my issue. He not only replaced my card and transferred all my points from my lost one, but used my receipt to add the points from that day. I never felt like a problem to be solved, but like a valued customer.

I have a disabled child and over the years the staff have really done their best to be most helpful with opening doors , carrying food ect. Always with a smile!

We frequent the movies and Embassy is always our first choice. ALL of your staff that we encounter there has always been nice, friendly, and they're familiar faces which says lots about the leadership there. Your employees must like their working environment! Kudos to them at Embassy!

Everyone from the ticket sales contact, the inside greeter ticket taker, the refreshment contact, the guest relations person and the theater clean up crew were so very nice and helpful. Thank you for making our going to the movie such a good experience.

The staff is friendly, it is close to where we are, they have a great 4-6 movie price and weekday $5.00 pop corn and soda deal! Just wish you had the pop corn card back!!!
