It's a wonderful entertainment experience. The restroom doors tension is too tight for someone in a wheelchair to open. Need to release the tension to make it easier for someone in a wheelchair.

It's our favorite theatre ... We have actually gone to the movies several times this week in particular, one thing I would like to register an objection to is the service charge for purchasing on the Santikos website. I would understand if I was using a third party app, as this would be a "convenience charge" for using their app. I find it has become necessary to purchase well in advance if you want the best selection of seats and at times nothing is really available if you wait to purchase at the theatre. Purchasing on the Santikos website is a bigger "convenience" for the theatre! Even the Majestic theatre doesn't charge extra on their website if you are picking up your tickets at the box office. It's another way to over charge the consumer. We already pay inflated prices for concessions, I disagree strongly with this charge. It won't be long and your theatre will have competition with another theatre company installing recliner chairs.

I love the new facility and all of the reclining chairs. Every person I encountered was so helpful and willing to make anything happen. Excellent service.

The new Embassy is great. I bet prices are going to take a leap soon though to pay for the upgrade and make up for the lost seating capacity....

The theater is beautiful and the seats are so comfortable and wide. The displays cases make a wonderful addition to the movie experience for the guest. I will be going to this place to watch the movies all the time. It was elegant, classy and well done.

The new seating that includes recliners are so wonderful. It is better than watching on a recliner or media room at home.
The only negative is everyone is going more now that you have upgraded the theater so I have had an issue on two occasions of not being able to go to the movies because you were sold out!

I like santikos very much in fact my #1 theatre. However my sister told me she received some free pass and etc when u reopened. On bitters. I did not and that is disappointing.

The new theater seats and curved screen make it a wonderful viewing experience. The theater is still undergoing renovations, so not all the auditoriums are open, only one set of restrooms is available, and concessions are minimal -- But, these inconveniences are minor compared to the benefits of the improvements. It will be fantastic once all the work is complete and the theater is back running full speed.
