I LOVE the remodel, the comfort and space of the new recliners; the cleanliness of the theater, and the helpful staff.
Many years ago, we stopped going to this movie theater because it was in not a very good condition. I didn't know about the renovation so, when a friend invited me a month ago, it was unbelievable! Very comfortable, clean, great customer service. Overall a VIP service! Congratulations Santikos Embassy and thank you for giving us, movie lovers, a chance to do what we love, watching movies in an awesome theater!

We love the seats and the food is very good.
The community focus, the rewards program, the reclining chairs with space to be comfortable. I really like being able to go to guest services with questions or problems and to buy gift cards and tickets if I don't get them online. The ticket kiosk is good for some folks, but I prefer dealing with a person.

My husband and I enjoyed the newly remodeled Embassy Theatre location. Thank you. Unfortunately I have been unable to claim/add my points on the $850.00+ worth of gift cards I purchased for my family members in December. I was told at the "Guest Service" counter that your systems so they could not add my rewards points from all the gift cards I purchased. I waited one week and tried again at Guest Service. Again I was told that the system was STILL down and that my points/rewards were not being able to be uploaded. I went in a 3rd time in early January and still system down. Then my daughter went on my behalf in mid to late January and she was told by Guest Services that system was not up yet. I tried again during the first week of February and my husband and I were told go online. I tried again online but there was NO place on the web page which allows me to submit all my transaction numbers/gift cards I purchased for family. I am hoping I can get resolve in getting my points installed and added to my rewards. Kindly let me know.

The recliner seats are the biggest bonus. Another part is the reserved seating makes finding seats a lot less stressful. It's also a non profit!

The renovations tat were done made the world of difference to my movie going experience. I can now watch movies in luxury at a reasonable price.

Love the new seating - very relaxing and comfortable. I have one request. We like to pay cash for our tickets, so we don't use the outdoor kiosks. I wish you had more people to help with those buying tickets inside. There always seems to be quite a line.
I like picking my seat and not worrying about it when I get there. I like the seats. I DON'T like that my slush machine didn't return when I was told it would.
Love the new remodeling at Santikos Embassy, ESPECIALLY the paired reclined seats. Theatres are so spacious and make the movie experience GREAT! The employees are very helpful and you can't get enough of Santikos buttery popcorn?!
