What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love the new recliner seats and snack bar. I also like being able to reserve my seat. I am concerned that Santikos will lose a lot of money with the new policy of not requiring an agent
to take tickets. Most people will try and see your movies without buying a ticket, once they
know that you no longer check tickets. Also, there is no longer a need to pay full price, if no
one is checking for child, military and senior discount. I am an honest person because I am a Christian, but sadly I have found that many people are not honest and if they can get in for free,
they will. I have already told many friends about your new recliners and your theater is now my favorite! Thanks for the BEST seats in San Antonio.

I LOVE the new reclining chairs - they make the entire movie-going experience so much more comfortable! Embassy is the BEST! The new decor is amazing as well.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Why are the reward points for concession purchases not viewable online? When I check online, I have no way of knowing whether I have received credit. I have checked with management at the Embassy and they tell me the points are on my account. They can't show me. Nor should I have to go to this inconvenience. It's time consuming for me and the theater. Is there a solution on the way? Otherwise, I love the Embassy and have been a loyal member for many years.

It's a wonderful entertainment experience. The restroom doors tension is too tight for someone in a wheelchair to open. Need to release the tension to make it easier for someone in a wheelchair.

It's our favorite theatre ... We have actually gone to the movies several times this week in particular, one thing I would like to register an objection to is the service charge for purchasing on the Santikos website. I would understand if I was using a third party app, as this would be a "convenience charge" for using their app. I find it has become necessary to purchase well in advance if you want the best selection of seats and at times nothing is really available if you wait to purchase at the theatre. Purchasing on the Santikos website is a bigger "convenience" for the theatre! Even the Majestic theatre doesn't charge extra on their website if you are picking up your tickets at the box office. It's another way to over charge the consumer. We already pay inflated prices for concessions, I disagree strongly with this charge. It won't be long and your theatre will have competition with another theatre company installing recliner chairs.

The theater is beautiful and the seats are so comfortable and wide. The displays cases make a wonderful addition to the movie experience for the guest. I will be going to this place to watch the movies all the time. It was elegant, classy and well done.
