Dim lighting instead of pitch black. Room between rows and extra comfortable recliners seats with try table.

Love the new theatre setup and the enhanced web site. I am not a member as yet but definitely will be very soon. I do have one serious issue I would like your response to: specifically I am concerned about security of my credit information on your web site. I would like to know what security your site offers (I see no statement anywhere that explains this- perhaps I overlooked it?) Consider offering a section explaining how you are insuring my data security. Do you plan to offer PayPal as a payment option? I really feel safer using a protected third party as a pass through for my credit information. How about apple pay? Data security is a big problem for all users, even the US Government has been hacked, what assurance do I have that a local theatre operator (Even Santikos, my favorite) will be able to protect my data? Again, consider a more secure third party ---- PLEASE! Unfortunately unless I can have more information about security Im not sure I can risk a membership which might add to my on-line exposure. On most sites that I purchase from I use PayPal or go elsewhere.

Thank you for your attention, I look forward to your response. And keep up the great work! The upgrades are amazing as is the entire Santikos experience.

Always nice employees, convenient location, serving of alcohol is a nice feature, and the new reclining huge seats w/ trays and drink holder are AMAZING!! One thing isn't fair though: to order a ticket on line and reserve a seat, there is a service/convenience fee. That seems unfair as going on line prior to the movie time to get a good seat is practically a necessity. However I have to pay a fee in addition to my $10 ticket cost.

From the lady who sold us our tickets to the concession lady, even the ticket yaker, all were welcoming, professional and just plain nice and appreciative! We enjoy going to your facility!

Love the new seating.
I brag on Embassy 14 every time we go, which is weekly.
Hope you keep the family restroom on the north side.
Even the short thresholds at the restrooms are not completely wheelchair friendly.
