I have been a loyal patron for 30 plus years of Santikos Theatres. It has always been a friendly place and a good value. Since the passing of Mr. Santikos, I am more than ever, committed to being a patron due to the way the business is setup to give back to community. Family, that is the key element.

This is and always been our favorite theatre. We actually go out of our way just to go to this one (we pass two on the way from our home). Plus the new layout is AMAZING!! I just really hope the prices don't spiral out of control once it is all complete.

OMGoodness! The new seating, tray tables, screen and sound are outstanding. I know that while under construction, things won't be top-notch (i.e. concessions, etc.) but the "experience" is well worth it.

If you look up my activity you will notice that my husband and I go to your Embassy location almost every weekend, we love two things imparticularly; first, your seats are fantastic! secondly we love the larger screens!!
As I do appreciate your new look and the cleanliness of the theater i am hoping you do offer more food choices when the remodel is completed. My husband is hoping the icee comes back. On a note of improvement, each time we ask about our reward points the rather nice lady never can figure it out and seems to get flustered, she has a very hard time letting us know our goal points we have accululated and isn't much help in allowing us to redeem them. We finally got a manager to look our reward total up and we were given different numbers all together. We are hoping that your reward program doesn't end and or change before we can use them.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The new recliners with attached trays are very convenient and perfect for holding all the snacks - making watching a movie a comfortable and positive experience. With the raised seating configuration, there's not a bad seat in the house! We will definitely be back again and again. **Thank you Santikos!
