Good service, bar, excellent seating- one suggestion - please give customers an option of single hot dog purchases. Currently, we have to buy a hot dog combination with fries. I prefer just a hot dog and pop corn- not fries. Thank you

We go for the extravaganza's great prices. The recliners combined with the awesome quality of picture and sound, make it a great experience.

Nice theater lobby and very comfortable seating in a much smaller capacity theater; much better viewing experience. Well lite for safer movement in/out of theater. Also swing arm individual trays a good idea but I do wonder how often they are cleaned/sanitized.

The renovation at the Santikos Embassy is very well done. Recliner seats as well as a newly designed atmosphere is awesome.

I like the new Embassy in 78216. The ticket selling kiosks are convenient. I always meet nice employees at the food place, but my last visit the concession failed to offer to use my rewards towards my popcorn price. I think everyone should ask and look to see if there are points to use!

EVERYTHING from the person who sells the tickets to the last greeting received when you leave. I LOVE the renovations made and the seats are most comfortable. We try to experience movies at the Embassy as much as possible.
