I really like the all of the improvements in seating. It is so nice to have reserved seating in such comfortable chairs. I would like to have the seating charts to show 2 additional pieces of information. First on which side is the aisle for the theater. And secondly, how many seats are in the handicapped row. My husband is handicapped but does not use a wheelchair and we could really use the handicapped row if we were sure there werev2 seats and not one only with room for a wheel chair

I love that Santikos gives back to the community! That's the main reason I go to Santikos. Embassy is pretty central to my friends and family too, so that makes it easy to pick. Reclined seating is awesome! I just can't watch a movie any other way now :D

We enjoy making reservations at home and having our seats ready for us when we arrive at the theater. The seating is exceptional and the venue always clean and comfortable. Refreshments a bit pricey, but hey it's a movie theater. Recommend

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The lobby was beautiful, the theater was quaint, and it didn’t feel like a huge megaplex. The staff was super friendly and the staff even asked if I wanted to wait for freshly popped popcorn. I declined, and the popcorn was still yummy! I definitely return to this location :-)

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

As usual, it was a good experience from concessions to movie experience. The best part was that there was a family in the wrong seats in my film, and Santikos handled it so well. I believe it was Luis who asked them to come down and get their seats straightened out. The father was rude, but Luis was polite and firm.
