The movie was great! The theater was very comfortable. There was all sorts of snacks available, including alcohol, even though I did not partake in any of them. Plus, there were a variety of movie titles available too. Fabulous!

I really like the theatre and have had great experiences there. My book club likes to do an occasional movie night together there.

We had a really friendly and nice worker who helped us with popcorn - I wish I could remember his name - but he humored a whole bunch of us 30-something moms who were WAY too excited to be out of the house.

The theatre seats are great and so comfortable. This is my go-to theatre and the only location that I really love going to - it is always the first theatre I check for availability and times that work.

Couple of things that I would recommend for improvement - I feel so nervous I'm going to spill my cocktail glass walking around in the dark (total tragedy, I know). I wish the glasses were a little bigger and not quite so full, so that it's easier to navigate the theatre. I also wish that there were an easier way to get my rewards points applied. I'm often running late to a movie and am not sure how to make sure I get credit for my points when I'm buying drinks and snacks.

I had to change my tickets and the staff was very helpful. Also Santikos is always a great movie experience. I really like their loyalty rewards program where I get points on every visit.

Updated theater seats, screens. Food is really good also. Love getting tickets online but the fee is to high and I feel unnecessary since we are doing the work.

Santikos is a great organization.
Staff are mostly stable longer-term employees and they are friendly and cheery. Theaters are attractive and the seating is comfortable.

Sam Lance is the best Manager the Embassy has ever had. She is present, involved and very sensitive to our having a positive movie experience. Her staff are always smiling. The whole environment is wonderful from when you open the doors and walk inside. I love my theatre. It is my way to escape to a very happy place. THANK YOU and THANK YOU SAM!!!!!

The bar is great, although it could have wider drink selection. The customer service is top quality. My least favorite part of this theater’s experience is the “do it yourself” popcorn. It’s messy, time consuming, and honestly doesn’t taste as good than if it’s already buttered evenly when served.
