I like the quality of the experience. The theater is always clean and staff are always helpful. The one thing I would change is having to come out to get your food order when it is ready. I went to the theater to meet a friend but they hadn’t arrived yet so I had to leave our popcorn j ok n the theater unattended to grab our food. I wish they would just deliver it to the theater, or give that as an option

I like the theater. The people are friendly, it's well maintained, and the recliners are comfortable.

Cost and comfort

We absolutely love everything about Santikos especially Embassy and Bijou. The food, the bar and the seats are awesome!! I even treat myself and go alone to escape or treat myself. I am a rewards member. Love the Santikos company!!

Yesterday was one time we were very disappointed because my husband left his jacket a NorthFace $200 dollar jacket at our seat. We were at the 7:45 feature of Dark Waters @ Embassy and there were no guests on our far rear row and maybe only 5 other guests total(theater 3). He immediately went back to get his jacket while I stepped into the ladies room and he was told by 1 of the attendants that it was taken to Guest Services. He went there and the gentleman looked into a lost and found box but no jacket had been turned in.....so my husband had to go back AGAIN to theater 3 where the attendant walked with him to the complete opposite side of the theater(upper number theaters) to a “work room?” where his jacket had been taken, not to guest services as he was told first...very suspicious!

We don’t want anyone to loose their job and maybe this young man really needed a jacket -it really breaks my heart to report this, but that’s just wrong! My husband was very upset but he didn’t cause a scene or anything. He did speak with a lady maybe a manager on duty 12/11/19 pm. It was obvious the attendant was hoping to keep it. (

Everyone working was very nice and polite and smiled when greeting you. All was clean and just a great environment!
