Every associate I came into contact with was super friendly. The place was really nice and clean and inviting. The chairs were very comfortable and spread apart enough that I didn't feel like I was sitting on top of the person next to me. The food was reasonably priced - as far as theater food goes - and it was delicious!
Only 1 negative...The sweet young lady told me I would get a text when my food order was ready, but I never got the text. My husband had to go back out to check if it was done, and it had been for a few minutes, but we weren't notified.

Seats are comfortable and food at concessions is very good.
Rewards program is great except I don't get emails as I requested and I didn't get special offers on my birthday as a Rewards member.

The theatres are always clean and in good condition. The staff is courteous and professional. I especially like knowing that my money is re-invested in the community. Santikos is an exemplary organization.

What I enjoy about the Embassy, where I enjoy going to watch movies, is the atmosphere, friendliness of the staff and most importantly to me are the seats which are SO comfortable and when it is reclined there is enough space for people to walk to their seats.

We LOVE the recliners! Santikos theaters are always clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. Also, we really enjoy the great selection of food, snacks and drinks.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. My mom is in a wheelchair and they helped with the door immediately! Love the venue and recliner seats.

Friendly service and genuine feel when orderiing ticket and at the concession stand. I know Thanksgiving can be a trying day with the amount of.people. My family finished watching Knives Out and decided to buy tickets for upcoming Star Wars movie. We did at guest services. Received our paper copies but it didn't show on my app for purchases. So when my son inadvertently washed my husband wallet in the laundry and the tickets were destroyed, we thought what could we do.
Well Sam, the manager in training, at Embassy, she was wonderful and tried several ways to bring up out ticket purchase. Very happy customers. Thanks.
