I love the convenience of purchasing tickets online, the food selection and great. I always have great service. Clean comfortable theaters. The rewards program is the best. There are so many theaters in San Antonio but I stick with Santigold exclusively. It’s the best!
Everything. The theatre is extremely clean and chairs and super comfortable. The bar and snack staff are really friendly and courteous. My beers are served super fast by Travis and the newer bartenders too. Movie selections are awesome. Thank you.

Just Mercy is a great example...starring Jamie Foxx AND Michael P Jordan...3-4 time slots available! The showing January 11th at 12pm...the theater was packed! What is the logic here??

I’ve been coming to this theater since I was a child...just turned 50!! We always love this theater, especially now with the best reclining chairs!!
However, the woman’s bathroom on the right hallway (8-11 theaters) smelled like urine SO strong today. It was really bad.
Good accessible seating although we did notice on several occasions that non-handicapped people were sitting in handicapped seats.

Santikos Embassy is our home base theater. I have only great things to say about our theater! The service has always been great. The issue I have is this...awhile back I had expressed how sometimes difficult to buy tickets online. I was encouraged to download the Santikos app and I would not have those issues. I took that advice. Yesterday, January 10th, (prior to the storm) I wanted to purchase tickets using the app; the app was not working. I tried again (3 times) and the app was still down! I had a Fandango GC so I went that route to purchase. My problem is I don’t receive rewards with Fandango!! I asked Guest Services about it and was told “we’re having a few issues with the app!” If that’s the case...your loyalty guests, with the same complaint, should be awarded the rewards points spent. Thank you

I love the environment. The chairs are comfy, the people are friendly and the food is good. Embassy is my favorite theatre!!
We are regular movie goers and prefer Santikos Embassy over all other theaters. The recliners are comfortable and seating is spacious. We like that we can go early, order a meal a drink and sit at the bar until our movie starts.
