My daughter and I really enjoy the Embassy Santikos location. Usually the staff is always friendly and smiling. Once I even left my phone in the theatre and they were helpful with getting it returned to me.

We love everything about Santikos Embassy! The staff is so friendly and the theater is amazing! Our favorite movie theater in all of San Antonio!

I love the reclining seating. You all should consider hearing seats. Also, inspect the reclining chairs as (not this time) I’ve sat in a chair that did not recline—I’ve also sat in one where the foot of the seat was lopsided.

The restrooms however need to be remodeled cause they don't match the rest of the new part of the theatre ... I think you have good hot dogs & popcorn love that

My first time enter Santikos Embassy and it the "WOW' to see how awesome this place is!! Nice lobby and felt like I enter the hotel then heading inside to watch movie was even more "WOW" because seat are so comfortable with small table for drinks and snack and the aisle are more spacious to walk without walking sideway or having someone to move out of the chair to give other to walk forward. On top of that the all staff and managers are so friendly with beautiful smile!! Just love this place....

I love the seating and the spaciousness between the people.
It’s easy to get around people when seated.
Most important, is the willingness of the company to give back to the community, that will keep me coming back to Santikos.

I like that embassy theater isn’t too large but large enough to have all the current movies.

I love the pretzels at embassy so much that the pretzel with queso along with everything else is the reason santikos embassy is our theater.

The staff were fantastic! Easy to identify with bright yellow shirts. Kind and attentive; all of our guests had a great time. So many parents are interested in movie birthday parties. Great popcorn and drinks! So much fun and the least stressful birthday party event. Donna was amazing from the first email contact, to our meeting prior to the party.
