Friendly staff, great seating

Reclining chairs, can dispense butter on popcorn, small theatre

Santikos Embassy is a great location on days when traveling from work. Multiple routes available to maneuver around San Antonio's traffic woe's. I like that guest can purchase tickets for movies and order food items in the same transaction. Popcorn area is mostly clean always (depending on the time and day of the week). Staff members are always available if requested.

Disappointed I had climb behind the seat to plug it on to make the recliner work.
Overall experience was good.

Clean friendly environment. Happy about tuesdays deals with food, drinks, specials and bar also final cut movies so we can go to the movies more often than just once in a while.

Ease! However, expensive! Thankfully I had points to help. The movie theater I was at made everything so convenient. The kids really liked pouring their own popcorn. A bit of a bottleneck at the drink dispenser though. You may want to consider a couple more on each side of the theater. I enjoy the seating and not having to get everyone standing to let someone go by like the old days. I can hold my child or be close to them in the seats and still be comfortable. I really enjoy this theater when I’m taking the kids to a movie. Please get more family friendly movies. I can’t go to most of the movies that are playing.

Staff is friendly and prices on Military Monday are great! However some seats need to be changed out because of rips or how they’re leaning.

Out of all the movie theaters Santikos has the best food for the price.

That they were helpful in switching seats for me after I accidentally ordered the wrong seats , but their was a person seating across from in front of me kept using his phone on bright light while the movies was playing it was so annoying , missed some of the movie since he kept using his phone through out the showing

I love this theater. The only complaint I have is why is it that every Christian movie is all the way at the back unless I go with the wrong times.

I love that y'all support the military by offering Military Monday specials. It's an opportunity that brings our family & adult children together.
I've always enjoyed your Philly Cheesesteak and look forward to having it. It's always tasty, full of flavor, moist, and very tender. However, this last week, it was really off. The meat was dry, super chewy and not tasty at all. Did y'all change the recipe, cooking times or where you receive the meat from? Bring back the OG Philly Cheesesteak meat!!!

This venue is always staffed with friendly, efficient people. I do wish the self serve ticket kiosks worked more efficiently as sometimes the lines can build up rather quickly at the concession stand. I seem to always have an issue with my card being read by the machine.

Over all the staff and cleanness of the restroom and theater itself. It’s my favorite theater in San Antonio to watch movies. I enjoy being a rewards member as well and taking advantage of the perks. I keep missing the $7.50 popcorn combo. I need to take advantage of that promotion soon. I think you’ll offer discounted movies during the week overall it’s my favorite place once again.
