The staff are always very pleasant. There is a very good variety of food and snacks. The theatre and bathrooms are always clean.

I really like santiko Embassy they have free refill on popcorn and drinks very comfortable seatings and wide walkways in front of recliners which when fully recline you have emperor room to get through. The staffs are very professional and friendly they also have great specials I really like Monday night mystery movie first time last Monday 5-11-26 it was kind of exciting not knowing and to my surprise it was a real good movie so happy I went.

Theater was lovely and overall a great experience for the most part. I would like for the manager to know that the female bartender who was working on the afternoon of 5/10/26 was just plain awful. She was rude and obviously didn't want to be there. We tried to be pleasant and joke with her, but she had zero personality and obviously does not like her job.

Friendly atmosphere and comfortable seating in thheater.

My experiences at the Embassy Santikos theaters specifically have always been more than wonderful. The facility is always clean and well kept. Because there is always a security officer, I always feel safe to be there even for late showings. When I have experienced any difficulties (which is inevitable in any establishment), the workers are friendly and accommodating. For example, there have been a few times when a movie will have technical difficulties like sound or playing issues. Almost every time that happens, they provided a rain check voucher which gave us a free ticket. As an avid movie theater goer, that was very courteous and a huge treat. I have gone to many movie theaters and Santikos Embassy is by far my favorite!

Love location and movies

Been going to various santikos theaters for the past 45 years. Can't remember any bad experiences. Theaters are always clean. The employees are always professional and FRIENDLY.

Very courteous staff: I’m in a sling from shoulder surgery and they would open the theatre door for me, with concessions one hand. Great professionals! Especially Trey,.

The rooms are clean, movies begin on time, I had a bad expierence at the bar, the bartender he doesn't care about costumers

We love our Movie Date Mondays (Military Monday) makes it truly enjoyable and budget friendly and we truly appreciate it. Most of all we appreciate the outstanding customer service provided by the staff. We always recommend Santikos because of the great work that they do for the local community.

DISLIKE: small triangular cups available to share bucket of popcorn. Now have to spread a napkin on seat tray and spill popcorn all over the place. The small cups are not convenient at all.

A wonderful experience from beginning to end

We love your theater, my daughter and I go to the movies at least twice a month on Thursdays. Love it !

I was able to save money on the ticket/popcorn and soda on Tuesday. As always enjoyed comfy seating and free refills and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Love the popcorn, as well affordable tickets and refreshments on Mondays (veterans) and Tuesdays.

I really enjoy going to see a great movie on the big screen. With the military monday I can really enjoy a great film and still stay in within my budget.
