Love this place, clean and comfortable.
Suggestion if these are read: when picking a movie on the website, you HAVE to choose the movie drop down before the dates and times populate. Sometimes people want to choose the date first, then the movies that are available on that date. Switching those two would make sense to many.
Hopefully this earns me a free ticket or two :)
We always love the vibe at Embassy theatre. Staff is nice and friendly. It is never rushed or crowded. It is a great place for an easy evening.

Our theater of choice for years has been Embassy prior to that it was Galaxy.
We were disappointed that there were NO posters up anywhere in or outside of the theater nor was there any mention of the movie on your Facebook page. Seemed somewhat biased. By the way, the theater was 3/4 this full. It was a very good documentary.

The theater is clean, the staff is friendly, the pizza and popcorn are good, the viewing set- up is great, they always have the most current movies, and I love the deals and bundles that save me money.
Excellent environment to watch a movie
I appreciate the discount ticket and concession prices on Tuesdays, the free refills on a large size popcorn, and the cleanliness of the theater.

Santikos $6 dollar Tuesdays is an exceptional value! Seeing a big budget film in a premium theater at less than half the regular price is a deal too good to be missed.

Friendly staff, clean theaters, and clean facilities.
The interior redesign and layout of Santino's Embassy provides a unique "golden age" experience with multiple cases of movie memorabilia on display. When I take my 13 year old daughter I like to look at all the "art" depicting various actors and giver her a trivia quiz.
The new seating is super comfortable and my wife loves the recliners with the moving food table. Moreover, our family really enjoys the menu and ordering food to eat while we watch a movie.

Pricing consistent, you do air the different-type movies (religious/political)
that we tend to see.
Family likes the specials for kids.
We generally only buy pop corn & drink and use rewards when we can. We go often enough for unlimited.
Santikos theaters are always nice and clean and friendly. I like that I can buy my tickets at concession stand and order my drinks and popcorn at same time!! Or if I choose I can order tickets online before I come!
I love Santikos theaters. The staff is always excellent, I love the message about giving back to the community, and the self serve popcorn and drinks. The only thing I would recommend is to update the torn popular seats and the worn out trays. We usually sit in Row D3-8 in many screenings and have noticed the deterioration of the seats. Yesterday we sat in theatre 4 seats c345 and saw it as well. This happens bc of use and it will not deter us from going but it would be nice to reupholster to make it look fresh again.
Other than that you got 2 thumbs up from us.
My husband and I like that Santikos Embassy theater shows art films that aren’t shown at other venues. The theater is smaller and very comfortable. The staff there is extremely friendly and helpful.
