The clean rooms, the conformable seats, customer services is excellent, all employees are friendly, just a little too expensive the sodas, popcorn and candy but all other are resonable price, it's hard and very expensive when you bring 6-8 people family, paid lots of money for sodas and popcorn, keep ur cups because nobody can have 2-3 of those as refills, and we're not aloud to bring those back to get our already paid refills unused, even for a dollar instead of another almost 6.00 for it, as before popcorn used to be mark with an X with shapie on the bottom when refills been used, we should have the opportunity to have those different color wristbands to have season cups paying a simplicity amount for refills like other places do, thank you.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful! The theater is always clean and smells clean. The popcorn is very fresh which I and my family LOVE!!:)

Having a large familywith limited income, Santikos Embassy allows us to go together for a great price. We go during Extravaganza and pay lower admission. We buy large size refreshments which allow free refills so that all can enjoy. The management recognizes us and always welcomes us back. And with the rewards card, I accumulate points and earn free refreshments and tickets! I love my Embassy theater!

Very clean,theater are big inside, but would be better if you put tables. It'll make it easier to put our drinks and popcorn. Another thing would be nice if brought the drink station closer to the snack bar.

THE THEATER IS CLEAN, COOL, QUIET, AND NOT TOO CROWDED. IT HAS FRIENDLY, COMPETENT EMPLOYEES, AND THE TICKET PRICES ARE REASONABLE. I ALSO LIKE THE VARIETY OF HIGHER QUALITY REFRESHMENTS. IF YOU KEEP DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING, THEN I WILL KEEP SHOWING UP FOR MOVIES.

The concession stand girl, I think her name was "Sam," had a pretty smile all the while she helped me.
The manager helped me very quickly moving my points to my new a Santikos Rewards card.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I enjoy going to all of the Santikos theaters not just the Embassy. Very clean auditoriums and friendly staff. I especially likes your rewards program. I have 1027 points on my card which tells you how many times i go to theaters. In fact I will going to the embassy today to see Lucy. Keep up the good work!

Your theater is very clean on the outside as well as in the inside. Your employees are helpful and friendly. Willing to go the extra mile. The only thing I would change is the drink selection. Maybe more variety in diet soft drinks. Other than that I love your theatre and will definitely be back.
