Big screen & good sound

Over all the staff and cleanness of the restroom and theater itself. It’s my favorite theater in San Antonio to watch movies. I enjoy being a rewards member as well and taking advantage of the perks. I keep missing the $7.50 popcorn combo. I need to take advantage of that promotion soon. I think you’ll offer discounted movies during the week overall it’s my favorite place once again.

EPIC. It was a great movie and it was a lovely theater and we had a great time. Thank you very much.

I loved everything about my experience. When I first walk in all the employees are so polite and courteous, even when checking my purse. The concession has delicious popcorn, variety of drinks and other snack options on the menu. Once in the theatre I enjoy reclining in the comfortable chairs with my favorite blanket and snacks. And should I need to go to the bathroom, find them always clean and never out of toilet paper. I’d also like to thank Santikos for your many promotions from Military Mondays to earning rewards to use toward future purchases. And the fact that Santikos gives back to our communities via donations collected and funds raised makes them a Class Act in my opinion. I will always recommend Santikos to my Family and Friends. As a matter of fact at 62 years young, I still have movie dates with a group of high school friends and we always partake of the delicious drinks at your bar.

The theatre and bathrooms are always clean, The employees are all so polite and courteous. I always enjoy your delicious pop corn, drink selections and variety of other snack options on the menu. The stadium seating with reclining chairs are comfortable and make the whole experience a delight. I’d also like to thank you for all the promotions you offer like Military Mondays, Family Day Tuesdays, Mystery Movies of the week etc etc…….And most importantly all the donations you collect and funds to give back to our communities. I absolutely Love going to the movies at Santikos and definitely always recommend it to my Family and Friends. I’m already 62 and myself and several of my high school friends still always enjoy Movie Dates at Santikos and partake of your bar, where is offered many a delicious drink to consume. Classic Act Santikos is in my opinion 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Military Monday is a great honor to those of us who served for over 2 decades! I also like the convenience of the drink machines in the hallway and the staff has always been great.

Great service

Since the Bijou unfortunately closed, the Embassy location has been a reliable source for indie, international, and art house showings that few (if any) other theaters show. This keeps me coming back. Also, the auditoriums and facilities are always clean!

The Embassy theatre is my favorite theatre. The property is well kept, clean and employees are friendly and helpful. There’s adequate parking and the food / drink selections are excellent.

I love my Embassy theatre. It is clean and handy, people are always friendly and I love the new bargain prices on Tuesdays. I love that a variety of movies are chosen each week.

I love how easy it is to book tickets on the app and the recliners are comfortable. Also, the self serve popcorn/drinks.

I appreciate the vibe that the theatre gives as soon as you walk in. It's people busy but always willing to help, the decor let's you know immediately that your in a modern movie house. The do it yourself ticket kiosk easy to understand, but like I said if you need help just ask and they'll be happy to I struct you. Their concession area, always clean, the food looks good and most important the popcorn is ready. All Santikos theatres should be set-up like the Embassy with self serve popcorn with beverages nearby.

The only complaint is their food is a little on the expensive side and they should have more than one day of their Tuesday reduced ticket and popcorn prices .

Hands down the Santikos Embassy is my favorite theater. The staff is always friendly and attentive and the the theaters are immaculate. Not to mention the vast variety of items available at the concession.
