The staff are always friendly. The bathrooms & theaters are always clean.

Although, the popcorn is always a bit stale & salty so we are not going to buy it anymore and just go with drinks, hotdogs & pretzels.

I have been a movie buff for decades. I am very comfortable at santikos. I enjoy the reclining seats, the treats and high Def sound. I am a senior now and a veteran. I appreciate the special veterans pricing on Mondays. Thank you santikos.

Concession service was fast. Theatre was clean. Movie sound and picture were good. Seats comfortable

It was easy to purchase the tickets and the facilities were very clean and the staff were friendly with the guests .

The theater and specially the seats are always clean! The theater counter employees are respectful, pleasant and more importantly patience with seniors!!!

Having the movie we wanted to see at a perfect time when other theaters only had a morning or mid day showing that was just not possible to attend. We Love our Santikos Embassy theater

I enjoy this theater, I do 4 movies a week . Lots of shows and the times are great. I feel safe , even late at night. Great people and food and it's a beautiful place.

I enjoy the atmosphere and the staff is always kind

I like Embassy bc it the chairs are comfy and more roomy than other theaters. I also like that you can make your own drinks and popcorn. The only thing different about this time was when I ordered the golden combo, I was given a kids box for popcorn, that didn't hold the butter in very well. Butter leaked through on things and I didn't like that at all. It was a little messy. I prefer the small containers that used to be given out with that combo...I'm not child and did not want the kids box and toy.
