The theater was clean and there was an usher to help us find our seats. The seats were very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed our movie very much!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Very nice employees that are always patient with my family. My brother has Down's syndrome and sometimes moves around in the theatre trying to find the perfect spot that "feels" just right to him. We've had to exchange seats, returned at a later time, etc and they are always accommodating and very polite.

I like the reserved seating and the fact that if someone in my party is unable to make it to the movie, a refund for their ticket is given without any hassles.

Employees are always friendly and love love love the pre-reserved seating. Also love the "popcorn" tray use one every time we go alleviates some one from having to hold the popcorn bucket. Also santikos reward program is great just saved $5 on my last movie seemed I earned rewards fast!
