For the most part ,we usually have a great time at your movie theaters ,but we were at your your Silverado theater and purchase tickets to watch a movie,we had purchased the handicap seats and their was a handicap person that was in the open spot,he was not accompanied with no one,and he starts yelling at my wife ,that we can seat their .we explain to the gentleman that we have tickets and if a handicap person needed the seat we will move,but these are the seat we purchased,he started yelling we could not sit their.we went back to talk to a manager and we by then all the other seats with two seats won't.Available ,the only seats was up front.the manager talk to the gentleman,but we did not want to sit their any more.would not be enjoyable.we had to waited for the next showing.I my self am not handicap but I have a bad leg,we did not make fun of this person or provoke him in anyway.he just started yelling

I went with my grandson and his daycare to see the free summer movies this Wednesday and they enjoyed the show.

Everyone is courteous, close to the house, and you don't use those one machine for all flavors. They tend to make all the flavors taste the same.

The theatre is always clean. And the place where I fill up my drink and put butter on my popcorn is also clean and never messy. Also when I'm watching a movie I love the comfortable seating

I love Santikos Silverado 16 because every time we go (I always have family & friends with me) we have good service, clean everything, food is always good, fresh popcorn every time.

I have been to a couple of other Santikos theaters, they were great also. But Silverado 16 is closet to me, (still waiting for the Alamo Ranch theater you were suppose to build) so it's always my first choice.

The kiosk is great forticket purchasing and the lines for concession are usually minimal because you always have enough people working.

Cleanliness, the customer service is always great!
