The theater is clean, spacious and the staff is top notch.
The renovations and additions are nice. Representative at the bowling lanes, wish I had asked her name, was friendly and professional. Food was typical Santikos’s quality which is good. Usually go to the Palladium but was very pleased with Silverado
Nice, but I don't think we should have to pay extra for the big screen.
The employees were friendly. Offered to hold the door open for us as I was taking my sister who is in a wheelchair to the movies.
Location doesn’t have entrance wheelchair accessible button to open door automatically. The private/accessible bathroom was out of service. The staff was great though and super helpful.

Seats are comfortable, ease of purchasing tickets, popcorn and soda refills, plus food available to purchase. Santikos associates are pleasant as you enter and exit.

Love the new layout and design of the theatre.
With the exception of entrance confusion, everything was well. We are accustomed to being welcomed by an employee, but at Silverado, a new refurbished facility, you basically just walk in straight into a theatre. We actively searched for an employee who directed us to our theatre. We're not certain how Silverado even controls who walks in or not.

Great movie, great seats, good food!
I would like Santikos to offer a SMALL "side" of popcorn, especially when customers are buying another entree (like a pizza slice or hamburger). $5 would be reasonable. I usually buy a pizza slice, but would love a bit of popcorn too. The "medium and "large" sizes of popcorn are fine as a solo item, BUT are simply too large of an "add on", in cost AND ability to eat. You would sell more popcorn, make more money and have happier customers.
Being to self serve popcorn and the cleanliness. The games the kids can play.

It's great all of it from purchasing tickets at the counter and the snacks. The theater always so clean and so are the restrooms, staff always helpful and friendly
The simplicity of buying our tickets and refreshments. The seats were also great. I think the refreshments could be reduced in price; 2 large drinks and a bucket of popcorn $25.
The layout is perfect, with everything easy to find, including restrooms. Self-serve popcorn is a great idea, too.
Lots of locations, several movies to choose from, self serve popcorn, recliner seats, wide asles between chairs.
The experience at Silverado was great. I hadn't been there in several years and the transformations to the theater were significant.
We really love the Santikos company and the different Services you offer. We especially love the Mystery Movie Monday that happens at the embassy location. Please keep stuff like that happening!

The theater is clean and we never have issues with the sound in the theater being too loud or distorted like at other ones around here. Perfect.

The staff at the concessions were friendly and helpful. They answered my questions regarding some of the food items and happy hour at Silverado. Theater and ladies restroom were clean.
