What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Like being able to reserve our seats ahead of time and little to no wait at concession. Theaters are clean and many movie times for popular movies. Soda fountain area often smells of old dirty bleach water. Have issues using loyalty card at kiosks to buy tickets sometimes. And don't think you should charge when buying tickets through app. It saves Santiko's labor by having customers use it. App is a little flaky too.

I love going to the movies at the Silverado theater! The people always greet me with a Big Texas Smile, the theater has Top Rate State of the Arts Sound and Video equipment, and the Popcorn is GREAT!!!!

Very friendly staff! My son dropped his popcorn, and the staff quickly came to clean it up and give him a new refill. Excellent customer service!!!!

I like the new recent changes on making the food lines go faster with ordering alcohol separate from food. Having to order on two different lines made a big difference! I also like that you have someone driving arround in trolley to give u ride back to theater when u park so far that really helps!
