What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Everyone was friendly and they seemed to actual want to be at work and not how most theater are were the staff make you feel like if you did not come them they would have to work. Love how the concession line was a breeze. Nothing worse than fight traffic to barely make it to the theater on time only to hit concession line traffic. Thanks for the great experience. I will probably make the extra miles again just for your theater.

I bought my tickets online at santikos.com. When I picked up my tkts at the Theatre, I gave the associate my Loyalty Rewards card, and he made sure I received my points. By doing so, I was able to redeem a $5 reward. Awesome!

The theater is consistently clean to include the restrooms. The staff provide great customer service, always smiling and attentive to those they are serving.

I always enjoy the whole experience and package that Santikos offers--the multiple lines & kiosk to buy tickets; the choosing/ assignment of seats; the concession stand options; the beer & food options; and even the commercials/ previews that you use to inform us of your rules & policies--very funny stuff! You guys make movies what they should always be--fun and a great getaway!
