Easy to get in with buying ticket ahead of time. I would like to see less of a service charge if buying multiple tickets (5 or more). Seems a little like gouging! Your reservations for seats is not working very well. The seats that I had reserved were taken by several others, which turned out OK since I got to sit where I really wanted to.

Many theaters and times in the complex to choose from when new release is out. Staff always very friendly and helpful. I recently received my rewards card and the staff was very knowledgeable in explaining on how to use it.

😄 I am over 60 and had never purchased tickets on line before. I finally did and it was so easy and convenient. I'll do it again for very popular movies like Jurasic World. It's better than getting to the theater and it's all sold out. Don't care for the fee but guess it's not awful. I love the reserved seating. My husband and I go to the movies every week as our "date night". We go to Silverado because it's right by our house but do go to the Bijou too. Wish there were more movies like those at the Bijou out here for us "boomers".

I love your theaters. They are clean, the picture quality and sound are fantastic. I also like being able to chose my seats so I don't have to fight for a seat.
