I LOVE the reserved seating! That's what keeps me coming back to Santikos.
WISH ITEMS:
Luxury recliners (like AMC Rivercenter has)
Handicapped seating available to book online. I never know if handicapped seating is available. Maybe handicapped persons can gain (by application) permission to purchase handicapped tickets online.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I always have a great experience at Silverado until yesterday. It was a Father's Day gift from my daughter and we went to see Inside Out. .. awesome movie butbut missed about 20 mins or more because of theater technical difficulties. An apology was never offered. I feel that it put a dent in our experience.
