Great staff and clean facilities. Self serve popcorn butter and drinks are the best. I absolutely LOVE the little drink organizers and booster seats for the little kiddies and the assigned seating so you don't have to fight people to sit together at a first time showing of a movie.

I appreciate the humane aspect of the agent behind the computer. Most companies follow a script and never deviate from it but given my situation it was nice to know that there was a professional/personal connection which allowed for me to be assisted in a timely manner.

Not a long wait to buy tickets which was good since we only had a few minutes to get tickets, buy popcorn and a drink, and get to the movie theater. The movie was great so the experience was a good one.

They were very helpful at the front desk when I told them I lost my rewards card.
I love the reserved seating and how there is a side line for refills. I love silverado. But I'm not going to lie.
I will be going to the new Casa Blanca theater when it opens. It's a lot closer to home.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like how you pick your seat when buy your tickets,the seats are very comfortable, I like the restaurant inside the theater so you can order and bring your food into the movie, I love you can get your own sodas without waiting in line for refills, and I like they have counter on the side just for popcorn refills it helps get you back to your movie faster so you don't miss too much. But my favorite part if UNLIMITED REFILLS of popcorn.. not that we eat that much but I love the option..LOL!!

New, popular movies are offered on multiple screens with many time choices. Customer service is excellent. Theatres are clean and orderly.
