We drive an extra 25 miles out of the way to come to Silverado. The people, service and welcoming attitude along with how clean it is. We also enjoy the popcorn and soda refills.

Always get the seats I want, line at concessions are always fast and staff and management are super friendly. I have been going to this theater for over 10 years now and it is best.

I like the reserved seating aspect in combination with advanced online purchase. This is a huge stress relief--no rushing, no lines, no worries about sell outs or seating. Also like the pizzas & beer available at the cafe. This isn't venue specific but I find the Santikos reward program far better than Regals.

Only problem kids meal plastic tub with cup holder.
Soo hard to put together for adults much less kids.
Staff tried to help a no avail.;(
