From the ticket counter to our exit from the movie, we were greeted with smiling faces and employees wanting to help. Plus the theater was clean...bonus!!!

We went to see Star Wars: Rogue One and once the movie started the audience noticed that the picture on the screen did not look right. A viewer notified management. A manager came in and apologized for the inconvenience. They restarted the movie once the problem was fixed. Upon leaving we were issued a free pass to another movie of our choosing for the inconvenience. I was so impressed with the courtesy and respect that was shown to us. I was fine with the apology but the movie pass was a major surprise. I will surely continue to visit this theater and recommend it to others.

One of the best things about Silverado is the self-serve drink statiions, popcorn butter dispenser... makes it faster to get refreshments and refillable is always nice!

×it is generally clean and picked up good. Employees are very helpful and friendly. It is a little noisy in the lobby area due to some noisy games, but it is definitely better than Casablanca. It is terribly noisy. Surethane glad Silverado 16 is in Helotes and I enjoy the Paladium also!
