What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Appearance, cleanliness - including restrooms. Courteous staff. ON busy days and peak hours at need more open concession stand lanes. All in all a comfortable and seemingly safe environment.

Not as cold as it has been in the summer.. I quit coming because it was so cold and in the winter I refuse to wear a heavy winter coat inside. Customer service is better than in the past, ticket sellers were courteous and friendly.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love Santikos. They have an excellent offer point card and prices; better then Regal cinema point. Santikos drink are free refills any size, I am able to enjoy movies without broken my wallets.
I love Santikos Cinema. YeaH!

Went to desk to get advance tickets, they were very helpful. We came back next day to add another person and they were able to sit us all together.

I like the OLD STYLE SODA FOUNTAINS that you have in Silverado vs the ones at the New Theathers coming up around you. The employees there at Silverado are very curtious and friendly. By far the Best theater to me and my household over Palladium or Casa Blanca. Keep up the grear work Silverado.
