i like the comfort the movie theater offers. The proximity to my house. The Santikos rewards system.
I am very appreciative of the fact that Santikos shows Christian movies and documentaries.
I would like for the reward system credit the points earned during the system crash during the months of Nov.-Dec.

i love that tickets are now assigned seating so you don't have to get there so early for a good spot (although this time someone was sitting in our seats so we just sat somewhere else open). Wish parking was better and had more spots

It is always nice to go to a theater that is clean and well run. The only thing I would like to see here at Santikos that I have seen in other theaters outside of San Antonio is to be offered popcorn that is a layered with butter.

Loved it, I only watch movies at Santikos nowadays! Other theaters just don't compare, free refills on beverages and large popcorn is awesome because you run out during the movie, and the do it yourself aspect is great!!! Assigned seating is awesome too!

Clean theater and very friendly staff. They play not only movies but show events like Rifftrax and Newsies.

My only suggestion is to include unsweetened tea at the drink station as well as sweet.
