Purchased tickets online beforehand to reserve seats, so we didn't have the privilege to experience the that customer service however, the employee at the concession counter was friendly. Needed help finding my seats in the dark and that employee had no issues helping me. So overal I liked. Y customer service experience.

I need to know how to log into my Loyalty Rewards if I have forgotten my password. When I click to reset my password, I am sent a link that doesn't work -- it results in a page cannot be found error message. So how do I ever get logged back into my account? Please advise.
