What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Finding a good seat and the movie. However, we had to wait longer than expected at the snack counter. The employee was behind the popcorn doing something, and didn't respond when we called for him.

I liked the food selection and seating that you can choose. I do not like how customers drive up and sit in front of the theater in the fire zone NO parking. Also it is difficult to see the show times of the movies through the glass at the ticket sales booth. A marque outside would be more helpful.
