I find the employees to be knowledgable and very friendly. The Silverado is where I go usually and find it very clean and well stocked. The Mon-Fri $5 special is great for us retired folks on a limited income, drink and popcorn all for one price. Keep up the good work.

I love Santikos theatres. I love their history and connection to San Antonio. They've improved their pre-show "don't text/don't talk" promos. The theatres are well-kept and tidy. And I love how the lights dim jussst enough for pre-show and slowly fade to black just before the movie. The sounds system was just right. Well done!

Also, the person who took my order at concessions was polite and reminded me that I had reward points on my card.

The staff are friendly. It's always clean. The staff also do a great job of crowd control, so the movies are not noisy and interrupted, not like other theatres. The assigned seating is convenient.

I enjoy the service that we receive their at Silverado .we are movie buffs and we liked to see up to two movies a week sometimes but generally one.i like that you have card for movie goers that give points for popcorn and goodies.and that you give back to the community and research and medical that is great.
