Value card member, I enjoy the benefits. I also really like the reserved seating that is available. It allows me to relax and not have to rush. I also enjoy your concession selection. The popcorn and pretzels are way better at santikos than anywhere else.

I always enjoy my experience at the Palladium and visit usually twice a week and bring friends with me. Wish they still had Blue Moon on tap....downstairs.

Atmosphere. Also in a good part of town = better clientele. However, I just saw Scorch Trials in the new Escape theater... It was horrible and a huge waste of screen.

I enjoyed the variety in drink choices from the Coke machines and the fact that you don't have to wait in line for someone to refill your drink. I also love that I can apply my own butter on my popcorn to my liking.

I like the atmosphere and comfort of your theater. However, my visit yesterday wasn't a nice experience. I missed the first 10 minutes of the show because the 3D glasses weren't working. On my third trip to the front, I finally convinced someone to bring glasses to the theater as there were about a dozen people needing a working pair. I was quite upset, especially after paying $18 per ticket for a special event. If you have a special event, make it special. Also, your staff did not respond to several complaints about another guest yelling at the screen and flashing a green light throughout the show. I will not attend or suggest special events at your theater. Alamo Drafthouse puts you to shame in this category!
